2011-04-30 Walk Thru

Time flies, the initial walk through was completed successfully on April 19, 2011.  The possession is scheduled for May 13, 2011.   Everything was done right - almost!   Buying new furniture and getting window blinds installed will be my focus...

The rear is backing to a ravine and green space, but it will be a new community in a few years.

Here is the look of the house.  The pillar and brackets are being fixed to perfection.

The lovely open to below concept has oversized windows, custom fireplace, and upgraded hardwood.

Another view right above the open to below concept shows the rear ravine:

The kitchen is pretty much done and appliances will be delivered just prior to possession.

Master bedroom ensuite has double sinks along with shiny granite.

The bathroom on the main floor has been upgraded with squared sink, granite, open-able window, wide moulding, and cabinet.

Each bedroom door has privacy lock with a nice long handle and trendy silver bright color.

Guest room has vaulted ceiling and fan:

Den has been upgraded into a bedroom:

For any minor defects, we got green tapes for repair prior to possession:

2011-04-10 iPad 2

Finally, the iPad 2 was released in March in Canada.  I wanted it very badly since the 1st generation was out.  Well, I have to say the wait was worth it.  The 3G is great, especially when I got lost in the city!

Here it is with my beloved red leather cover:

Stone has been installed to decorate garage.  How do you like the Japanese styled lighting fixture?

Pot light was installed at the front entrance:

I love the smooth brown tiles with red and cooper colored crystals in the kitchen, right above granite:

Lighting fixtures were installed shining the whole house.  Do you like the pendent lighting above the kitchen island?

Fireplace and hardwood were installed.  The colors are matching like perfect swans.

Upgraded sink, tiles with crystal, and granite for my guests:

Upgraded shower (5 ft x 3 ft) for a big family:
